Your Herff Jones University of Texas Ring, given reasonable care, will endure for a lifetime of wonderful memories. It was hand-crafted through hours of patient artistry and skill and has been inspected for superior craftsmanship and quality.
We Make the Following Limited Lifetime Warranty. Herff Jones fully warrants your ring and simulated gemstone to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material. Herff Jones will repair any such defects or replace the jewelry without charge. If your ring cannot be repaired or replaced under the above terms, a refund will be allowed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Lost Ring Program
For the period extending six years from the date of purchase, the Lost Ring Program (LRP) is designed to help you obtain a replacement ring if your Herff Jones University of Texas Ring is permanently lost or stolen. The LRP is in effect only for your original ring and has a one-time use policy. Replacement price is a reduced fee adjusted to reflect current precious metal prices. Genuine stones and diamonds are not covered by this warranty. Certain terms and conditions apply.

University of Texas at Austin Ring Enhancer Warranty
Your Comfort Cuff Ring Enhancer™ was designed to enhance the beauty of your University of Texas at Austin ring with elegance. Given reasonable care, this beautiful piece will endure for a lifetime. It was carefully crafted to fit marvelously with the finger size of your college ring.
We make the following Limited Lifetime Warranty. Herff Jones fully warrants your ring enhancer and gemstones to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material. Herff Jones will repair any such defects or replace the item without charge. If your ring enhancer cannot be repaired or replaced under the above terms, a refund will be allowed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Your ring enhancer may be exchanged for a different size within 45 days of shipment from Herff Jones. The enhancer must be in like-new condition and returned to Herff Jones for exchange. Exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee and will include the same metal and stone qualities as the original order. Ring enhancers are not covered by Herff Jones’ Lost Ring Program.

Care & Cleaning
To preserve the beauty and luster of your jewelry, clean it with mild detergent in lukewarm water and rinse. Dry with a soft cloth. Even the purest gold or silver jewelry will tarnish or discolor if subjected to harsh cleaning materials, acids, or alkalines. Your jewelry will return to its original luster if washed with mild soap and water and finished by buffing with a soft cloth.
Do not use any brush, sharp instruments, or rough cloths for cleaning. To protect your jewelry from permanent damage, avoid any contact with mercury or harsh acids. It will be permanently discolored. Be sure to remove your jewelry before coming into contact with these harmful chemicals. To safeguard against breakage or nicks, always remove your jewelry before engaging in sports or heavy labor. Quality gemstones and precious metals cannot stand abuse of this nature. Treat your Herff Jones Class Jewelry as you would any fine jewelry. But remember, when you remove your jewelry, store it carefully and do not leave it unprotected.
A very small number of people may experience a reaction between their skin oils and quality jewelry products, which may result in a discoloration of their skin. This can generally be avoided by cleaning the jewelry more frequently, as described above. Give your jewelry the care it deserves, for years of wearing it with pride.
